Eye Pivots
Feed the two eye pivot wires parts #14, #15 (fig. 1) in through the top of the brow plate and spread glue on the top of the brow plate to hold them in place.
Make sure they are square with the brow plate, if not, then after the glue has set, bend them until they are.
