The Animatronic Head was fully programmable for movements of nod, shake and triggering of a digital speech recorder which played back the Bishops sermons.
All the mechanics were contained in the head which used the standard Gems neck-post attachment which enabled it to be fitted to any of the Gems range of bodies.
The moves for the head were recorded by moving dual control knobs building up the performance which could last up to four minutes.
The performance was triggered by an infrared sensors.
